An AI consultant in Switzerland who delivers a system in production, not a report

A company looking for an AI consultant in Switzerland often wants two things: to know what to do, then to have it done. We take both. The advice fits in the diagnosis, which is not invoiced; it is followed by a production build at a price fixed in advance, then by upkeep. We invoice no day on time spent.

The advice is included in the diagnosis, and the diagnosis is not invoiced

Before the first meeting, we set the system up on your public documents, and the conversation starts in front of a tool that works on your own texts. We then examine your repetitive processes.

The document you receive ranks those processes by what they cost today, names the software chosen for each, the order in which to take them, and the cost of changing nothing. You keep it, whether you go further or not.

A consultant who installs stands behind the recommendation, at a price fixed before the work

The recommendation of the diagnosis is the one we put into service ourselves. The price of the production build is fixed in advance and due only on commissioning; the date is agreed with you, and if it is not met, the production build is not invoiced.

Four things are written down before the work: the reads and writes allowed to the system, tool by tool; the steps where a human validates; the documents authorised; the spending ceiling.

AI consulting usually stops at delivery; we stay in service

Upkeep is a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time: we supervise the system, we keep the software up to date, and we adjust the scope when your work changes. In your dashboard you read the files processed, those sent back to a person, and the spend of each use case.

A recommendation with no software to place

We favour open-source software, tested on our own machines, and we install no software whose business model is your data. What we install belongs to you and can be taken over by your teams or by another provider: the recommendation does not bind you to us.

Three consultants who are engineers, trained at EPFL

Albert Troussard, an EPFL graduate in computer science and artificial intelligence, designs and develops the systems. Maxime Perrot, a doctor in artificial intelligence and post-doctoral researcher at EPFL, specialises in deploying private systems. Elena Dimitratchkova, an EPFL graduate, accompanies clients from defining the need to adopting the tools.

We are based in Lausanne, and we work across French-speaking Switzerland and in France.

The questions we are asked

Do you invoice by the day?

No. The diagnosis is not invoiced, the production build has a price fixed in advance, and upkeep is a monthly subscription.

Can you only advise, without installing?

The diagnosis is complete advice, and you keep the document with no obligation. We sell no consulting engagement beyond it: our commitment is a system in service.

Do you train teams on ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?

Yes. Training is included in every installation, and we also give it on its own, on the assistants you already subscribe to and on your own files.

How do we know whether AI is justified for us?

The diagnosis quantifies it: the hours your repetitive processes take, the rework, the delays, and the cost of changing nothing. It can conclude that it is not, and we say so.

Do you work in France?

Yes, by video call and on site. Where the data is processed is decided at scoping, with a European host where the GDPR requires it.
