Your teams learn to run the system, and to handle the files it sends back to them. Training is included in the price of every installation, or given on its own.

Half a day on your files

It starts from the company's real work, and not from the tool's features: a report to produce, a note to check, a text to rework, a search through documents the team knows. Each use is worked through on the files of the people who will carry it out, until they run it on their own.

What has been established is written down: the work retained, the way to carry it out, and what not to entrust to the tool. That document stays with the company, and it serves to train newcomers.

With an installation, on the system put into service

When it accompanies an installation, the training covers the system put into service: the files it sends back, and what to do with them. The person who carried the task becomes the system's point of reference; they decide the cases it escalates to them.

On its own, on the assistants already subscribed to

When the licences are already paid for and the teams use them only to draft, the training is given on its own, on the assistants your teams already use: Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini. Nothing is installed, nothing is connected to your systems.

The limits of training

When a task is repeated identically several times a day, it is an automation that is needed, and the diagnosis says so before the training.

When the teams already use the tool but nothing connects it to your files, your mailbox and your management software, it is that connection that needs installing.
