Lawyers and notaries

Artificial intelligence in a law firm or a notary's office

A firm's files already contain the answers. What they do not contain is the path that leads to them.

Your day, today

  • A client's question costs PDFs opened one by one, when the firm has already dealt with the question in a neighbouring file.
  • The same deeds, the same letters and the same checks are redone by hand.
  • Documents live in a mailbox, a shared folder and a practice-management tool, with nothing that ties them together.
  • Dropping a document covered by professional secrecy into a consumer assistant would expose the person who did it.

Your day, once the system is in service

Searching the firm's files
Contracts, procedures, internal case law, notes: you ask the question in plain language, the answer names the file and the passage.
Recurring deeds and letters
A recurring deed or letter is pre-filled from your templates and your clauses, ready to reread.
Deadlines and follow-ups
Deadlines and follow-ups are scheduled, and go out on the planned date.

The questions we are asked

Do our files leave the firm?

That depends on the place you choose at the diagnosis. On a server on your premises, your files are processed on your own network.

Does the system give an opinion?

No. It finds the passage and pre-fills the deed. The legal assessment stays with the person who signs.

The limits of the system

It gives no opinion, and it does not search the Internet: when the answer is not in the files, it says so instead of reconstructing one.
